Information we collect
Quick Cab collects the location, trip, and account information needed to match riders with drivers and to keep every trip safe and traceable. This includes:
- Name, phone number, and email address when you create an account
- GPS location during active trips and when the app is open
- Payment and trip history
- Device information and app usage data for security and performance
How we use your information
We use your data to provide ride-matching services, calculate fares, process payments, improve safety features, and respond to support requests. Trip data is retained to resolve disputes and comply with transport regulations.
Sharing your information
Information is never sold to third parties. It is shared only with your matched driver or rider for the purpose of a trip, with payment processors to complete transactions, or with authorities where the law requires it.
Data retention
Trip records are kept for as long as required by Lesotho's transport regulations and our internal compliance policies. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, or ask that it be corrected or deleted, by writing to compliance@quickcabls.com. We will respond within 30 days.
