Terms & conditions.

Your agreement with Quick Cab when using our platform. Last updated August 2026.

The platform

Quick Cab is a platform connecting riders who need a trip with independent drivers who have a vehicle available. We facilitate the match and provide technology services — we do not provide transportation services directly and are not the employer of drivers.

Fares and payment

Fares are set according to Road Transport Board guidance and shown before you confirm a booking. By confirming a trip, you agree to pay the displayed fare. Cancellation and no-show fees may apply as described in the app at the time of booking.

Rider responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup and destination information
  • Be ready at the agreed pickup point
  • Treat drivers with respect and comply with community standards
  • Not request trips for illegal purposes

Driver responsibilities

  • Maintain valid licensing, insurance, and vehicle documentation
  • Follow all applicable traffic laws and Road Transport Board regulations
  • Provide safe, professional service on every trip
  • Keep account and vehicle information up to date

Safety and conduct

Riders and drivers are expected to treat one another with respect. Violations of community standards — including harassment, discrimination, violence, or fraud — can result in immediate suspension from the platform.

Limitation of liability

Quick Cab's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for acts or omissions of independent drivers, though we maintain safety processes and complaint handling procedures.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
